I fly out of Seattle this Saturday and arrive in Entebbe, Uganda Sunday evening. From there - the adventure begins. I'll be the first member of our UW research group to arrive in Uganda this summer. As part of the Mobile Midwives Ultrasound Project I'll be researching and conducting usability tests for the next month with the latest edition of the portable ultrasound equipment.
Last month I was interviewed by the UW Daily for their summer abroad article. And although I gave an informative and, what I thought to be an AWESOME interview - unfortunately the only thing to make the printed edition was my picture and a quote. Oh well.
